This is an Appeal against the judgment of acquittal for the offence punishable under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 ["NI Act"]. The Appeal is already admitted. Criminal Application for leave was dismissed for want of prosecution. It was restored and then leave is granted on 4th March, 2013.

The Appellant is not turning up since 28th November, 2023 and 20th December, 2023. Today, it is fixed for dismissal. 3.
