Learned counsel for the Applicant submits that, he does not want to press this application, which was filed for reviving of Writ Petition No.2185 of 2017, challenging the orders dated 21st January 2017 and 25th January 2017 passed in Special Civil Suit No.131 of 2004, which is pending before the 2nd Joint, Civil Judge, Senior Division, Satara, subject to liberty to raise all the contentions, which were raised in the Petition, in the course of Appeal to be filed in terms of Section 105 of the C.P.C., as the Trial Court has kept the matter on 12th February 2018 for 'Judgment'.

Hence, this Civil Application stands disposed of as withdrawn, with liberty as sought.
