Learned counsel for Petitioners has filed additional affidavit dated 6th January 2017 stating therein that the order impugned in this petition, has been withdrawn and original order dated 11th February 2016 has been restored vide order dated 30th May 2016, Exhibit-A to the additional affidavit filed today. 2.

In view of the aforesaid, we dispose of this petition by directing Respondent no.2 to comply with all conditions of the order dated 11th February 2016 and extend the monetary benefits payable on the basis of said order, if any.

With the above directions, the petition stands disposed of. 4.

In view of disposal of writ petition itself, Civil Application No.2049 of 2016 for intervention does not survive and stands dismissed as such.
