Heard the learned counsel for the applicants. This is an application for intervention filed by the applicants in Criminal Writ Petition No.970 of 2015.

The said petition has been filed for quashing the FIR registered at the instance of the IDBI Bank through its Area Manager.

The applicants are claiming to be the purchasers of the flats from the petitioner in the said Writ Petition. The grievance of the applicants appears to be against the petitioner in the Writ Petition as

apw186 reflected from paragraph 18. At highest the applicants can be the witnesses in the case. They have no locus to intervene the application for quashing the FIR. Accordingly, criminal Application is disposed of.

However, we make it clear that we have made no adjudication on the rights claimed by the applicants. Their remedies are kept open.
