Petitioner's grievance is that the three seats in Ward No. 3 are reserved seats and by way of rotation at least one seat could have been kept as unreserved.

Counsel for the Election Commission states that as far as practicable, the authority decided that one seat in a ward be kept unreserved. This is the reply submitted by Tahsildar. It is also submitted that the election process is set in motion. Legal position is that as far as practicable, one seat in a ward will be kept unreserved.

In this view of the matter, in exercise of

Writ petition is disposed of.
