As per the directions of this Court, the Applicant (happens to be the widow and legal heir of Mushtaq Ahmed Khatri, who is an investor, who invested amounts with Noel Pharmaceuticals Ltd., listed at Serial No. 79 and his proprietary firm M.J. Contractor is listed at Serial No. 81) herein has filed an affidavit and also an application seeking permission to withdraw the amount of Rs.1,50,000/­ along with the accrued interest on the said amount.

The learned counsel appearing for Noel Pharmaceuticals has submitted that he has no objection to the withdrawal of the amount of Rs.1,50,000/­ along with the interest accrued thereupon since 2011.

The Registry to accept the affidavits in criminal application No. 551 of 2016 in Criminal Application No. 320 of 2011 of Mrs. Zulekhabi Mushtaq Ahmed Khatri and do the needful and also comply with the order dated 13th February, 2018 at the earliest. 4.

In view of this, criminal application No. 551 of 2016, is allowed and stands disposed of.
