The applicant is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with C.R. No.I-103/19 registered at Indira Nagar Police Station, Nashik City under Sections 420, 406 r/w. 34 of IPC. 2.
The FIR is lodged on 21/3/2019. The allegations in the FIR, in short, are that, the applicant had taken money from 27 persons for making them permanent in their job. In all 27 persons were cheated in that fashion. Their jobs were not made permanent. Therefore, the present FIR is lodged. By the order Mamta Kale
dated 5/4/2019, this Court (Coram : P. N. Deshmukh, J.) had granted interim protection to the applicants based on the statement made by the Ld. Counsel for the applicants. It was observed that the Ld. Counsel for the applicants without prejudice to the rights of the applicants and on instructions, had made a statement that the applicants would deposit amount of Rs.27 Lakhs on or before 2/5/2019 with the Registrar of this Court. In view of this statement, the interim order was passed. 3.
Today, the Ld. Counsel for the applicants makes a statement that said amount has been deposited in this Court. The office noting confirms his statement. In this view of the matter, the interim order passed by this Court on 5/4/2019 is required to be confirmed.

It is clarified that this order shall not be treated as precedent in any similar matter. Hence, the following order.
ORDER
(i) In the event of their arrest in connection with
C.R. No.I-103/19 registered at Indira Nagar Police Station, Nashik City, the Applicants are directed to be released on bail on their furnishing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) with one or two sureties each in the like amount.
(ii) Application stands disposed of accordingly.
