Applicants are seeking pre-arrest bail in Crime No.36 of 2022 registered with Vishrambaug Police Station, District - Pune City for the offence punishable under Sections 406, 498-A read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Case of the prosecution is, applicant No.1 got married with the complainant on 20.11.2021. The marriage lasted only for a month as the said applicant was incapacitated to establish the physical relationship. 3.
After having heard respective counsel, it is brought to my notice that only the investigation with regard to the medical evidence viz., medical examination of applicant No.1 is pending. 4.
Counsel for the applicants, on instructions, would urge that on the given date, as shall be intimated by the investigating officer, the applicant No.1 shall make himself available for the medical examination. Statement is accepted as an undertaking. 5.
In view thereof, in the event of arrest of the applicants in Crime 1/2
909_ABA1147_22.doc No.36 of 2022 registered with Vishrambaug Police Station, District - Pune City for the offence punishable under Sections 406, 498-A read with Section 34 of the IPC, they be released on bail on executing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- each with one or two sureties in the like amount. Applicants shall attend the investigating officer as and when required by the investigating officer. The said applicants shall not directly or indirectly try to influence the prosecution witnesses and tamper with the evidence.
