This application is made in the writ petition, which is disposed by order dated 2nd March 2016, for extension of the period to implement the order dated 22nd June 2015 of the Tribunal in O.A.No.308/2012. Learned A.G.P. fairly conceded that by the order dated 2nd March 2016 in the main writ petition, time for

skn 2/2 1023.16­caw.sxw implementing the order of the Tribunal was already extended upto 25th April 2016. He, however, submitted that since the matter was being considered at the higher level for the decision as to whether the order of this Court was to be carried to the higher Court, some more time will be required. He submitted, on instructions, that now on or before 16th May 2016 either the decision to implement the order of the Tribunal shall be taken and the order shall be implemented or necessary proceedings in the higher Court shall be filed. On that submission being made and recorded herein, the time allowed by the order dated 2nd March 2016 upto 25th April 2016 is extended upto 16th May 2016.
