Mr. Khandeparkar, learned counsel for the petitioners, at the outset, seeks leave to amend the petition in terms of the draft amendment tendered across the Bar. Since the other side has no objection, we grant leave to amend. Necessary amendment be carried out forthwith.

Mr. Khandeparkar, learned counsel for the petitioners, makes a statement that he does not press for any relief against the respondent Nos.1 to 3. The statement is accepted. So far as respondent No.8 is concerned, he seeks leave to withdraw the petition. Leave is granted. Shubhada S Kadam 1/2

The petitioners and respondent Nos.4 to 7, 9 and 10 settled their dispute amicably and have filed consent terms. The consent terms are signed by the petitioners and respondent Nos.4 to 7, 9 and 10 as well as their respective counsel. The petitioner No.1 and representative of the petitioner No.3 are present before the Court. The respondent No.6, who is the power of attorney holder of the respondent Nos.4, 7 and 9 as well as respondent Nos. 5 and 10 are also present before the Court. On being questioned specifically, the parties present before the Court stated that they have gone through the consent terms and have fully understood the contents of the same and have no objection if the petition is disposed of in terms of the consent terms. The consent terms are, accordingly, taken on record and marked "X" for identification. Thus, the petition is disposed of in terms of the consent terms. 4.

In view of the disposal of the petition, civil application No.147 of 2017 will not survive for consideration and the same is also disposed of.
