Perused the Order dated 31 st August, 2018. Dr. Abhinav Chandrachud, Advocate has expressed his inability to proceed with the Arbitration proceedings. In view thereof, the following order is passed, by consent :- (a) Mr. Akshay Patil, Advocate is appointed as the sole Arbitrator to decide the disputes between the parties arising out of the Partnership Deed dated 16th October, 2012.

(b) The disclosure of Mr. Akshay Patil, Advocate under Section 11(8) read with Section 12(1) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 as amended by the Arbitration and Conciliation (Amendment) Act, 2015 (Act No.3 of 2016) (the Act) is taken on record.

(d) Rest of the order shall remain the same.
