By this civil application, the applicant seeks permission to serve the respondent nos. 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 17(D), 23 and 32 by way of publication in local daily newspapers described in prayer (a) of the civil application. I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the applicant and I have perused the averments made in the civil application.
