After arguing for some time, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to pursue the application which is preferred before the Special Court for permission to travel abroad as expeditiously as possible. 3.

Leave is granted with liberty as prayed for.

The petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
