The Interim Application is taken out for modification of the order dated 23 February 2024 by which the Petition was disposed of. Firstly a praecipe was filed, wherein it was observed that changes sought to be made cannot be done by way of praeciepe, this Interim Application is filed.

It is sought to be placed on record that when the Petition was filed, concerned School was unaided, thereafter, has received 20% grant. Therefore, we only take on record this development, which was not part akn 1/2

The Interim Application is disposed of directing that in addition to the directions contained in paragraph 4 of the order dated 23 February 2024, it is further directed that the Respondents will enter the name of the Petitioner in Shalarth Pranali as regards 20% grant is concerned. The undertaking by the Petitioner as provided under order dated 23 February 2024 will cover this aspect as well.
