Heard learned counsel for the Applicant and the learned APP for the Respondent - State. 2.

By this Application, the Applicant seeks permission to travel abroad i.e. to the USA to visit his elder son and for medical treatment for two months from May to June, 2016. 3.

This Court (CORAM : A.K.MENON, J.) vide

order dated 22.05.2014 was pleased to grant Anticipatory Bail to the Applicant on certain conditions. One of the conditions being as follows :

"(e) The applicant shall not leave India without permission of this court."

Learned counsel for the Applicant submits that the Applicant has been suffering from certain ailments and has relied on several Medical Reports which are annexed to this Application. He submits that the Applicant's elder son is in the USA and that he intends to travel to the USA for two months for consulting Doctors in the USA and to spend some time with his son.

Learned APP submits that the Applicant be directed to furnish an undertaking that he will return to India after two months and the Applicant also be directed to furnish his

itinerary. She submits that the itinerary enclosed to the undertaking, should contain and disclose the mobile number/landline nos. and addresses of the places, where the Applicant intends to reside during the said period.

Accordingly, the Application is allowed & disposed of. The Applicant is permitted to travel abroad to the USA to visit his elder son and for medical treatment for a period of two months. The Applicant shall file an undertaking within one week from today that he shall return after two months and will also furnish his itinerary along with mobile numbers and addresses of the places, where he intends to reside during the said period.

Stand over to 05.05.2016, High On Board on the Supplementary Board for recording compliance.
