1] Not on board. Upon mentioning taken on board. 2] The grievance of the petitioner is that in spite of his entitlement to get four acres of land under the provisions of Maharashtra Re-settlement of Project Displaced Persons Act, 1976 only one acre has been allotted to the petitioner.

3] Today when the matter came up for hearing, learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that this petition may be disposed of by giving opportunity to petitioner to submit a detailed representations in regard to

YBG prod-25-wp-9022-16 his grievance before respondent Nos. 3 and 5 and the respondent No.5 be directed to look into the petitioner's grievance and take appropriate decision on it in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible. 4] Keeping in mind the aforesaid submissions, we dispose of this petition by directing the petitioner to submit representation with supporting documents to respondent Nos. 3 and 5, on receipt of same the respondent No.5 shall consider the same and take appropriate decision in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible but not later than two months from the date of receipt of representation. 5] The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
