The learned Counsel Mr. Shahane for Respondents submit that he received instructions to appear in the present Civil Application on behalf of Respondents. He further submit that they have no objection, if Application is allowed.

Considering the submission made by the learned Counsel for Applicant and the averments made in Civil Application and no objection given by the Advocate for

Yadav VG 2 17.caw.1005.17.odt. Respondents for allowing the Civil Application, I am satisfied that Applicant has made out the case for following order.

ORDER

Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause -(a) which read thus :

(a) Time to deposit amount of Rs.1500/- for year 2016-17 pursuant to order dated 23.04.1998 in Writ Petition No. 1978/1998 be extended and Applicant be permitted to deposit the said amount within extended period.

(b) Amount to deposit within four weeks from today, failing which, Civil Application shall stand rejected.

(c) Civil Application is allowed accordingly.
