This is an application under Section 438 of the Cr.P.C. filed by the Applicant apprehending his arrest in C.R. No. 177 of 2023 registered with Juhu Police Station for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468 and 471 of the IPC. 2.
Heard Mr. Aditya Mithe, learned counsel for the Applicant and Mr. S.V. Gavand, learned APP for the Respondent -State. I have perused the records and considered the submissions advanced by the learned counsel for the respective parties.

The Applicant is running a medical store in the name of New Reliable Medical Store. He provides medicines to the devotees of Megha 1/2
35_aba_1091_2023.odt Iskon temple. It is alleged that the Applicant had submitted fabricated medical bills and thereby cheated the temple to the tune of Rs.4,86,087/-.

By order dated 13/04/2023 this Court had granted interim bail to the Applicant. Learned APP states that pursuant to the said order, the Applicant has been interrogated and that he has produced all the records including the counterfoils.

In the light of this, no case is made out for custodial interrogation. Hence, the interim protection granted vide order dated 13/04/2023 stands confirmed.

The Applicant shall report to the Investigating Officer as and when required by the Investigating Officer for the purpose of investigation.

The Applicant shall keep the Investigating Officer informed of his current address and mobile contact numbers, and /or change of residence or mobile details, if any, from time to time. 8.
The application stands disposed of.
