The learned Counsel appearing for the parties would jointly make a statement that the parties have amicably resolved the dispute and have executed the Consent Terms. The Consent Terms are tendered. The same are taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. The Consent Terms are signed by all the parties who are personally present before the Court. The learned Advocates have identified their signatures. The statements made in the Consent Terms are accepted as Undertakings. The Appeal from Order is accordingly disposed of in view of the Consent Terms. In view of the disposal of the Appeal from Order, nothing would survive in the Civil Application and the same is accordingly disposed of. In view of the settlement of the disputes between the parties, nothing would survive in the Contempt Petition and the Contempt Petition is disposed of accordingly.
