Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the Respondent/State. There is an innocuous prayer inasmuch as direction is sought to expedite the trial in Regular Criminal Case No.1200329/2013 pending before the Court of the Judicial Magistrate First Class at Bhiwandi, dist. Thane within a stipulated period.
Keeping in view the fact that the said case is pending from the year 2013 and the Petitioner is residing at Parli Vaijanath District Beed which is 400 km from the place of trial, the Judicial Magistrate First Class at Bhiwandi is directed to hear and decide the said case as expeditiously as possible however within a period of four months from today. Needless to state that the Petitioner shall extend full cooperation for early disposal of the said proceedings. The concerned court shall not grant unnecessary adjournments lgc
