None appears for the petitioners. Prayer (a) of this petition is not happily worded. It appears that the petitioners want cancellation of the registration of the Vidyadhan Co-operative Housing Society Limited. The petitioners have not impleaded the said society as a party. Only on this ground, prayer (a) which is the first prayer deserves to be rejected. In any case, if the petitioners want cancellation of the registration of the said society registered pps

23 wp 7475-16.doc under the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960, the petitioners will have to approach the Competent Authority. The only other substantive prayer is of quashing the order dated 30th May, 2015 passed by the Sub Divisional Officer in First Appeal under Section 247 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966. Under the said Code , further remedy of an appeal and two revisions is available to the petitioners for challenging the said order. 2.

In view of what is observed above, we decline to entertain this petition and the same is rejected.
