P. C. :- 1) Learned A.P.P. on instructions from PSI Ms. Priya Rajguru attached to CBD Belapur Police Station, Navi Mumbai submitted that, after completion of investigation of the present crime, police have filed '

C Summary Report' in the 9th Court of J.M.F.C, CBD Belapur. 2) In view thereof, Application for quashing of C.R.No.173 of 2017 registered with C.B.D. Belapur Police Station, Navi Mumbai does not survive and is accordingly disposed off.

3) At this stage, learned Advocate for Respondent No.2 submitted that, his client has already filed Protest Petition in the said 'C Summary Report' and he may be granted leave to contest the said 'C Summary Report'.
