By this First Appeal, appellant original plaintiff is challenging the judgment and award dated dated 24.11.2018 passed by 3rd Joint learned in L.A.R.No.13 of 2007 holding that Respondent original Claimants are entitled additional compensation in respect of acquired land.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the appellant and the impugned judgment and decree, I am satisfied that the Appellant has made out a case for following order:
