This application is moved for relaxation of condition of attendance which is imposed by this Court by in Anticipatory Bail Application No.1285 of 2014 in the interim order dated 7.11.2014, which was confirmed on 2.12.2014 by this Court. 2.
The learned Counsel for the applicant/accused submits that the applicant/accused is a resident of Mira Road and he has been attending the concerned Mahad MIDC Police Station on every Monday and Wednesday between 11am to 2pm since last more than two years.

Perused the application and the order passed by this Court. Considering the submission of the learned Counsel for the applicant/accused, the application is allowed. The condition of attendance is hereby relaxed and the applicant/accused need not attend the Police Station hereafter in the present C.R. 5.
The application is disposed of accordingly.
