Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned APP for the State. We grant liberty to the petitioner to give supplementary statement in respect of C.R.No.68 of 2014 registered by the Dattawadi Police Station, Pune. In the event the statement discloses commission of other offences as stated by the petitioner, then the Investigating Officer shall take appropriate decision. 2.

We also direct that the investigation of the said C.R. shall be carried under the supervision of the ACP of the concerned zone. 3.

Subject to above, petition is disposed of.
