Heard the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners and the learned AGP for the Respondents. Perused the affidavits on record as well as the averments made in Civil Application No.2368 of 2015 which is disposed of by a separate order passed today. Substantial compliance has been made by the Contemnor with the directions contained in order dated 9th October, 2009. The reason for delay have been set out in the affidavits.
