Mr. Bhavake, the learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to make representation to the Dy. Director of Education, Kolhapur and the Education Officer, Zilla Parishad regarding the grievance made in the writ petition. Leave with liberty as prayed for is granted. Writ petition stands disposed of.

If the Petitioner makes such representation, the Deputy Director and the Education Officer shall decide the same as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within the period of four weeks from the date of receipt of such representation. The authorities shall decide such representation of the Petitioner independently, on its own merits and in accordance with law.
