By this petition, the petitioner seeks quashing of the FIR registered vide CR No.10 of 2022 with the Amboli Police Station, Mumbai for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 341, 509, 504, 506, 500 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 2.

Learned APP submits that the Police after investigation, have

30-1330-2022-WP=.doc filed "A" summary report in the trial Court on 11.04.2022. Learned APP has tendered the report of the API, Mr. Kuldeep Vhatkar, attached to the Amboli Police Station, Mumbai dated 31.01.2023, evidencing the same. The said report is taken on record.

In view of the decision taken by the police, nothing survives for consideration in the petition.

The petition is disposed of as infructuous.

Needless to state that it is open for the petitioner to file a fresh petition/application, if the occasion so arise in future. 6.
