The application is moved for relaxation of the condition which is imposed by this Court while granting anticipatory bail on 11th March, 2016. This Court has imposed the condition that "the applicant shall not leave the State of Maharashtra without the permission of the Court." It is submitted by the learned Counsel for the applicant/accused that the applicant/accused wants to attend the wedding ceremony of his wife's real sister at Jiyanpur, Tal. Badagaon, 1 / 2
