The Applicant is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with C.R.No. 644 of 2020 registered at Baramati Police Station, Pune on 27/12/2020, under sections 417, 468, 471,477 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Heard Mr. S.B. Talekar, learned counsel for the

applicant and Mr. S.H. Yadav, learned APP for the State. 3.

At the outset learned APP Shri Yadav, on instructions of the Investigating Ofcer PI Namdeo Shinde makes a statement that the investigating agency does not want to arrest the applicant in this case. It would be sufcient that if the applicant attends the Police Station as and when called and also give his specimen signature and specimen hand writing.

Learned Counsel for the applicant is agreeable to this statement. He states that the applicant shall attend the concerned Police station as and when called. He shall co-operate with the investigation. He shall give his specimen handwriting and specimen signature. 5.

Statements of both sides are noted and recorded. In view of this, learned Counsel for the applicant Shri Talekar prays for withdrawal of this application. Permission is granted. Application is allowed

to be withdrawn unconditionally. It is made clear that if in future, if the investigating agency decides to arrest the present applicant,the Investigating agency shall give four clear working days' notice to the applicant to enable him to approach appropriate Court for appropriate relief . 6.
