Learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions submits that the order dated 2nd April 2016 as well as all other orders regarding maintenance by the respective courts. The learned counsel further submits that he has been instructed to withdraw the present petition and seeks direction for expediting the proceedings before the Family Court, Pune. The learned counsel for the respondent submits that as on today he has no instructions about the stages of the proceedings and there are subsequent developments. However, in the interest of the parties to the petition, the matter before the Family Court in respect of the present parties shall be expedited as far as possible and the learned Family Court may make an endeavour to conclude the proceedings as far as possible by 30th January 2020. varsha

With these directions the petition stands disposed of. It is made clear that all contentions raised on merits, in the present petition are maintained and the Family Court shall not be influenced by the withdrawal of the present Petition.
