Hence, we pass the following order:

(i) The appeal and the cross-objection are disposed of in terms of the consent terms;

(ii) A decree/ award shall be drawn in terms of the consent terms only after the deficit court fee is deposited on the crossobjection; (iii) After the decree/award is drawn, the appellant will be entitled to refund of court fee on appeal as per rules and the respondents will be entitled to refund of court fee on cross-objection as per rules;

(iv) Pending applications, if any, do not survive and stand disposed of accordingly.
