The petition is filed seeking direction to the respondents to register FIR in pursuance of the information given by the petitioner on 23rd January 2016, 29th January 2016 and 12th February, 2016. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that in pursuance of the said information, Kherwadi Police Station, Mumbai, has filed FIR No.47 of 2017 on 28th February, 2017 against four accused for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. He has placed on record a copy of the said FIR. In the light of above, learned counsel for the petitioner agrees that the grievance of the petitioner no more survives. The petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
