Mr. Mishra, learned Counsel for the respondent-department would submit that the show cause notice was issued to the petitioner which was adjudicated as also order-in-original dated 30 November 2023 came to be passed.

In this view the matter, the remedy for the petitioner is to assail the order-in-original in the manner known to law. The petition is accordingly disposed of, however, keeping open all contentions of the parties in any further proceedings which may arise from the order-in-original dated 30 November 2023 passed by the adjudicating authority.

Disposed of. No costs.
