1] Heard the learned counsel for the Appellants and the learned APP for the State.

2] By order dated 03.05.2021, the Appellants were admitted to interim protection by recording prima facie case in their favour, and this order was continued from time to time.

3] It is informed that on 28.07.2022 charge-sheet is filed on completion of investigation. The learned APP on instructions from the Assistant Police Commissioner, Mira Road Division, makes a statement that since the investigation is complete, the custodial interrogation is no more warranted. The communication addressed to the learned APP is taken on record.
