Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

This application is for stay of some part of judgment and decree dated 24.1.2002 passed by III Extra, Joint District Judge, Pune in Civil Suit No.1 of 1994. This court (R.M.S. Khandeparkar, J.) by order dated 16.10.2002 declined to grant any interim order in favour of applicant.

As the present Civil Application is pending since 2002 without any ad-interim relief, I do not find any reason to entertain the same after 13 years, hence same is dismissed as infructuous.

Civil Application is dismissed No order as to costs.
