Learned counsel for the parties inform this Court that except respondent No.2, who has signed the consent terms, all other parties are personally present in the Court.

This appeal has been filed by the appellant, challenging the order passed by the District Court under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

During the pendency of the appeal, the parties have settled their disputes amicably and consent terms signed by the parties are tendered. The same are taken on record and marked 'X'.

The consent terms appear to be in order. The undertakings given in the consent terms are accepted as undertakings to this Court. 5.
In view of the above, the appeal is disposed of as per the consent terms.

A soft copy of the consent terms shall be uploaded as the second order in the matter. The hard copy, duly signed by the parties, shall be retained in the record and shall not be sent for destruction in the ordinary course.
7.
The Court fees shall be refunded as per the Rules. 8.
The parties shall abide by their respective obligations as per the consent terms.
9.
Appeal stands disposed of in terms of the consent terms. 10.
Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of accordingly. 11.
Decree be drawn up accordingly.
ARBITRATION PETITION (ST.) NO.20625 OF 2022 .
In arbitration appeal filed under Section 37 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, concerning the very same parties, the consent terms have already been filed and the appeal has been disposed of as the disputes have been amicably settled.

Hence, nothing remains in the present petition filed under Section 11 of the Act for appointment of the arbitrator. 3.
