The learned Counsel for the parties state that the parties have amicably resolved their dispute and have signed the Consent Terms. They state that the Consent Terms have been signed by the General Secretary of the Petitioners who is duly authorized and there exist no dispute between the trustees as regard the authorization of the signatory to the Consent Terms. The learned Counsel for the parties also state that the Consent Terms provide sending a proposal to the Education Department
WP 4935.09.sxw but since the Education Department has not party to the Consent Terms, the approval would be processed as per law. At the request of the learned Counsel for the parties, the Consent Terms are taken on record and marked 'X'.

Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the Consent Terms with the clarifications as above.
