Learned AGP appearing for Respondent Nos. 1 to 3 upon instructions states that the impugned orders dated 28.03.2018 and 2104.2018 are cancelled.

As the impugned orders are cancelled, grievance of the Petitioner does not survive.

We, however, keep contentions of parties open and subject to it, dispose of Petitions as infructuous. 5.

In view of disposal of Petitions, Civil Application No. 1487 of 2018 does not survive and same stands disposed of accordingly.
