The learned counsel appearing for the wife (Appellant in FCA No.117 of 2008 and Respondent in FCA No.108 of 2008) on instructions states that the wife has died more than one year back. However, he has not received a copy of the death certificate. In view of this statement, both the Appeals do not survive as the same are abated. The Appeals are disposed of accordingly.
