The petitioner in this petition alleges that respondents 2 and 3 are carrying out illegal construction in the neighbourhood of petitioner. A representation was made addressed to the Commissioner of the Corporation dated 27th March, 2018. FIR also cam to be lodged on 31st October, 2017 by the petitioner.

In the facts, we observe that in case representation of petitioner is still pending, the Commissioner of respondent no.1 Corporation shall look into it and take appropriate steps in accordance with law. Needless to mention that in case any adverse action is proposed against the respondents 2 and 3, they shall be given notice. All issues on merits are kept open.
