It is pointed out by learned AGP appearing on behalf of the respondent Nos. 1,2 and 4 that the proceedings before the SubDivisional Ofcer (SDO), Maval in Appeal challenging the order passed by the Tahsildar dated 10th March, 2021 are fnally decided on 5/6/2021. In this view of the matter, nothing survives for consideration in the present Petition. It is now for the petitioner to challenge the order passed by the SDO before the appropriate Forum.
