After taking instructions, learned Counsel for the Respondents states that the RTS Appeal of 1996 (copy whereof is annexed at Exhibit A to the Petition) has not been decided. The Appellant therein is the Petitioners' father who expired sometime in the year 2009. We direct the Petitioners to appear before the Collector on 11 February 2019 at 11 a.m. when appropriate directions be given with regard to hearing of the Appeal. The Petitioners be permitted to bring themselves on record in place of the Appellant. The Appeal be disposed of expeditiously and in any event by 15 May 2019.
