The applicant is seeking extension of time to furnish surety and cash bail facility granted by this Court vide order dated 12th February, 2021.

It is submitted that the applicant has indeed submitted surety, but, it would take some time to complete the procedure. Hence, facility of cash bail granted to the applicant, may be extended.

Considering the submissions, time to furnish surety is extended by four weeks. The facility of provisional cash bail

Interim Application No.1367 of 2021, stands disposed of accordingly.
