These petitions can conveniently be disposed of by this common order by requesting the Hon'ble Minister for Co-operation to dispose of the Revision Applications within a time bound manner. Mr.Rayrikar, on instructions, states that within two months from today Revision Applications pending before the Hon'ble Minister of State for Co-operation will be decided in accordance with law.

In view thereof, the petitions are disposed of in following terms : i.

The parties shall appear before the Hon'ble Minister for State, Co-operation Department, Mantralaya, Mumbai on 3.12.2018 and for that purpose no fresh notice will be issued to them. On that date, the Hon'ble Minister will fix a suitable date in the matters.

ii.

Hon'ble Minister is requested to dispose of the Revision Applications within two months from fixing of suitable date. iii.

All parties will extend full cooperation for disposal of the Revision Applications. It is made clear that I have not examined the merits of the case. All contentions of the parties on merits are expressly kept open.

iv.

Order accordingly.
