Heard parties through their respective counsel. We find that the order passed by this Court on 13th April 2015 has been complied with by the State by issuing order dated 27th October 2016. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that in view of the aforesaid, the petitioner would instead of challenging the order, would approach the respondents with a new proposal. However, the said aspect of the matter cannot be examined in the Contempt Petition. It is open for the Petitioner to seek remedy as may be available in respect of order dated 27th October 2016. Contempt Petition stands disposed of.
