Heard Mr. Kulkarni, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Applicants. He submitted that the amount as directed by this Court by order dated 2.05.2018 now stands deposited in the Trial Court. However he submits that interest for the period 24.01.2020 to 05.05.2021 is required to be computed and deposited in the Trial Court which has not been done. 2.

Mr. Yogesh Dabke, learned AGP appearing for the Respondent State agrees and admits that the interest amount in respect of the aforesaid period will have to be computed

7.ia.993.21.doc and the same shall be deposited in the Trial Court within a period of two weeks from today.

In so far as prayer clause (b) is concerned, it shall be open to the Applicants to withdraw any amount as desired by them subject to furnishing security to the satisfaction of the Trial Court.

Both the learned counsel have been fair in addressing the Court by their short submissions and in working out the present application. The stand taken by the learned counsel for both the parties is appreciated by this Court. 5.

In view of the above, Interim Application No.993 of 2021 stands disposed of.
