None appears for the Petitioner. The Petitioner was elected as a Councillor of Daund Nagar Parishad, Daund. By the order dated 1st June 2007 passed by the District Collector, Pune, the Petitioner was unseated on the ground of failure to produce caste validity certificate. The Petitioner was elected in the election held on 7th January 2007. Therefore, with the passage of time, nothing survives in this Petition. Accordingly, the Petition is disposed of. Rule is discharged with no order as to costs.
