Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, the application is allowed and Writ Petition No. 304 of 2015 is transferred from Goa Seat of this Court to the Principal Seat at Bombay, and upon transfer, shall be heard along with Writ Petition No. 844 of 2015 and connected matters mentioned in the statement annexed at Exhibit-A to the application. This order is passed on condition that the ABS
MCA 125-2015 applicants - M/s Shree Balaji Concepts and Mrs. Radha Satish Timblo pay respondent no.2 a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- as costs of litigation at Bombay. The costs shall be paid by an account payee cheque within 2 weeks from today.

Ad-interim stay granted earlier on 22 April 2015 in this application shall continue till 30 June 2015 or till the Division Bench hearing Writ Petition No. 304 of 2015 considers it appropriate to restrict or extend or in case that Division Bench decides to vacate. 4.
It is clarified that this order is passed in the context of the present application for transfer and shall not come in the way of this Court on the judicial side passing appropriate orders at the final hearing.

The application is accordingly disposed of.
