The limited prayer in the Petition is as follows : "(b) That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to issue appropriate writ, order, or direction thereby directing the Respondent No.3 to forthwith decide the proposal of the Petitioner dated 28.04.2015 in respect of Gat No.197 admeasuring 40 Ares at Village Dingrajwadi, Tal. Shirur, Dist. Pune and put the petitioner into the possession of the said land." It is not in dispute that the 65% of the amount from the total compensation of the Petitioner has already been deducted by the Respondents.

In the circumstances we dispose of the Petition by directing the Respondent No.3 to decide the proposal of the Petitioner dated 28.04.2015 in respect of Gat No.197 admeasuring 40 Ares at Village Dingrajwadi, Tal.
